when i first found jami's blog i ugly bawled like a like a baby because of this post.

we were called out of darkness to shine in the midst of the darkness. it's a dark world we live in guys and it's not getting prettier. that's where we as believers come in, shining as bright as Jesus himself. reflecting His love to those that seem impossible to love, forgiving just as He's forgiving us, and kindly reaching out to those that desperately need hope. so shine, sisters, shine like a diamond in the sky for His glory alone.

It is difficult to be a Christian. But it is amazing how our good Lord can transform anyone who comes before Him and is able to be the "salt and light" in this mundane world.
