i love having sisters. growing up i thought i could do without them. i mean they were a little annoying taking over my room, which was shared but me being the oldest it was technically mine. i mean really. and don't let me go into details about the time my baby sister going through my things oh so casually pulled out my report card in which were less than stellar grades.
oh sisters.
but these girls, honestly, they pull me together. tell me when i'm being a butthead, when i need to pipe down but also remind me how beautiful and valuable i am in the Lord. they're a pair of gems those two.
saturday night, since my sister was here from houston, we left the babes behind and just had a good time being ourselves, read: major goofballs. the kind that burst out dancing in the middle of a dark street while a stranger in a bike passes by and yells 'niiiiice!'
just to clarify, her dancing was the kind that only five year olds do while attempting to gain attention from their parents, not any kind of drop it like its hot dancing. just so we're clear. crazy girl.
all in all it was a laid back, laughing, talking, documenting it with instavideos and being grateful we have each other kind of night.
seesters. joined by blood, stuck by choice.... or sumethin like that. don't quote me. now i'm back at the grind while the other two are probably barely waking up. must be nice.
hope you all had a lovely weekend and ready to start another blessed week!
